Ground Floor

This area is fully air-conditioned and has under floor central heating. It is wheel chair accessible. There is a living room, dining area, separate kitchen, a double bedroom & a bathroom, all with marble flooring.

The ground floor is suitable for the disabled as there is a double bedroom with a bathroom and direct access to the terrace, gardens and pool.

Living Room / Dining Room

The tastefully decorated entrance & hallway lead to the sunny living room where there is a large lounge sofa surrounding the fireplace, and a dining area with seating for 12 people. The lounge sofa in the living room unfolds into an extra double bed. Access to the terraces, garden and pool is via three large wide-sliding doors.

There is a large screen Panasonic plasma TV, DVD with Denon audio and B & W Matrix 604 speakers.

A lovely marble fireplace decorated in Venetian style, various artworks and paintings complete the picture to give you a wonderful holiday feeling in this luxurious villa.

Kitchen

The fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a great meal. As well as a fridge freezer there is an ice-cube machine and a cold water dispenser for cooling drinks from bottled water. As with all rooms, there is a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding mountains.

Bedroom Aphrodite (en-suite)

This beautifully decorated bedroom has two double sliding balcony doors with shutters leading to the terraces. A fitted wardrobe, with mirrored doors, provides ample space for clothes and luggage. Air conditioned and under floor heating. The adjacent bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin has tastefully decorated mosaic walls of stones and shells from the local beach.

1st floor

There are 4 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, under floor heating and en-suite bathrooms. Each room has double sliding balcony doors and shutters to keep out the midday sun if desired. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have spacious balconies with panoramic sea views and balcony furniture.

Bedroom Artemide (en suite)

This bedroom is designed in traditional Greek style with cool pastel blue-gray colours and local art. The fresh sea breeze feeling of this room continues into the en-suite bathroom. The dolphin patterned mosaic walls, surrounding the Jacuzzi enhances this feeling of tranquility.

Bedroom Athena (en suite)

Greek simplicity and Mediterranean chic is the best way to describe this room. The rustic pink walls, mosaics and aquarelle give you the feeling of both the warmth of the sunrise and the coolness of the sunset. The bathroom has shell mosaic motifs and a large wall mirror.

Bedroom Demetra (en-suite)

The view from the balcony of the mountains tumbling into the clear blue sea was the incentive when decorating this room. From the flowered embroidery and paintings in the bedroom to the swimming tropical fish mosaic in the bathroom enhanced by blue lighting giving the feeling of swimming under water.

Bedroom Veronica (en-suite)

Veronica, the Greek goddess of victory, was originally decorated with the youngest child in mind but is pleasing to the eye for a person of any age. The mosaic crab in the bedroom and the mosaic of a sunfish in the en-suite bathroom give a good welcome feeling for children and adults alike.

Basement

In the large basement there is a store / utility room and a fitness room.

The fitness area has various exercise equipment, including a treadmill and an exercise bike. There is a large mirrored wall for you to appreciate the results of a hard workout!

There is a washing machine, iron & ironing board and a vacuum cleaner in the utility room as well as a toilet & wash basin and an additional fridge/freezer.
