Terrace

A large marble mosaic terrace surrounds the villa. There are three pergolas providing shade for guests to sit while absorbing the wonderful sea view. The terrace has been split into “zones”. Beneath one pergola there is the breakfast area with a small table & four chairs, under another is the dining area with a large table & 6 chairs & finally the lounge area with comfortable sofas & a coffee table. The tables can be joined for large groups.

Swimming Pool

A large (70m3) infinity pool has been installed straight next to the terrace of the villa. The water flows over the edges creating a visual effect of water with no boundary: an infinity edge view. Beautiful mosaic tiling in various shades of blue give a feeling of tranquility, enhanced in the evenings by LED illumination.

The pool has been built using the latest salt chlorination process to ensure high quality water & hygiene levels even for people with sensitive skin. To maintain a constant water level there is an additional water tank storing 15000 liters of water automatically keeping the pool at the required level.

There are semi -circular steps to enter the shallow end of the pool (70cms depth) on which parents can sit enjoying a cool drink while supervising their children. This part of the pool is ideal for young children & non-swimmers. The deepest part of the pool is 2m 10cms deep. As the shallow end & the deep end are not separated, parental supervision is necessary at all times when using the pool.

Diving is not recommended.

There are sunbeds around the pool where guests can relax while preparing a BBQ.

Beach towels are available for guests to use.

Outdoor Shower

Returning from the beach full of sand? No problem!
There are two outdoor showers, one near the entrance to the villa made in traditional Greek style from local marble. The other is located next to the swimming pool for both hygiene & comfort.

Trampoline

A built in ground level trampoline has been installed in the garden for the use of younger guests.  There are also various children’s toys belonging to the owners’ youngest daughter available for children to use.

The villa offers you peaceful walks, hiking and mountain biking in the surrounding area.

The villa is located in the quiet foothills of a mountain valley and accessed by a partially paved road about 500 meters long. The entrance to the villa grounds is protected by a remote controlled gate which opens to a driveway leading to the house. There is ample parking on the grounds. The villa is surrounded by several terraces with luxurious garden furniture. On the grounds of Villa Livadia you’ll find approx. 50 olive trees, several palm trees, fir and fruit trees.
