Contract terms
The agent will answer all your service related questions about the villa and help solve any problems you may encounter.
The villa can only be rented as a total object only.
The minimum rental period is 7 days or as agreed between owner and renter
The villa can accommodate up to 10-12 people. However for the ultimate comfort of the guests it’s recommended to be used by six adults and up to four children at a time.
Arrival dates are set preferably on Saturdays. Arrival after 4pm, departure before 12pm.
All necessary linen is provided for the five bedrooms, bathrooms as well as the kitchen and is changed once a week. Towels or linen MUST NOT be removed from the villa as a penalty will be incurred. Special beach towels are available.
The basic household items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags are also provided for the first week.
Firewood is supplied to a limited extent and as long as the stock lasts it is free to use.
The reservation is confirmed after having received 100% payment at booking.
Deposit
A lease contract must be signed for the rental period. Part of the lease is guaranteed by the tenant in the form of a deposit (€500) payable at the time of the booking. This deposit is to be transferred to the agent’s account and will be returned in full (provided that there has been no damage done to the property) within maximum of two months after the departure date.
Service fees
- A cleaning fee of €150 is charged once for the entire rental period independent of the number of tenants.
- A service charge of €25 per person / per week will be imposed for the consumption of water, electricity and diesel fuel for heating in wintertime.
The service fees are obligatory and a mandatory part of the lease contract (cleanness can be guaranteed).
